Job Description:
We are looking for a proactive and well-organized HR Specialist to join our team in Olomouc. The role focuses on HR administration and employee support, with a strong emphasis on cooperation with foreign employees. Experience in registration and employment of foreign nationals is highly valued.

Key Responsibilities:

Day-to-day HR administration

Recruitment support and onboarding of new employees

Managing employee documentation and HR records

Registration and employment processes for foreign nationals (work permits, residence registration, communication with authorities)

Supporting employees and management in HR-related matters

Ensuring compliance with Czech labor law and internal procedures

Requirements:

Previous experience in an HR position

Experience with registration and employment of foreign workers is a strong advantage

Very good organizational and communication skills

Ability to work independently and take responsibility

Fluent English (working language)

Knowledge of Czech labor law is a plus
